## Description

Klean Industries (Canada) specialises in thermochemical conversion solutions — including pyrolysis of end-of-life tyres into high-quality raw materials. KleanLoop is the associated blockchain SaaS platform: it tracks and documents every step of the recycling cycle on the blockchain, from used tyre collection to certified secondary raw materials.

The problem with plastic and rubber recycling: companies declaring recycled content in their products have so far had little verifiable proof. Customers and regulators must rely on self-declaration. KleanLoop solves this: each batch of used tyres receives a QR code; every processing step (pre-shredding, pyrolysis, oil purification) is documented on the blockchain with a timestamp, quantity and quality parameters. The end product (pyrolysis oil, carbon black, steel) carries a blockchain-secured certificate. MVP development in partnership with Kodexe (blockchain development partner). Klean Industries engaged at the Solid Waste Association Conference, where KleanLoop was presented for end-of-life tyre solutions and generated significant interest from industry partners.
