Description
Travala.com was founded in 2017 and is today the largest crypto-friendly travel booking platform. The native AVA token (on Binance Chain) gives token holders access to the Smart Programme with cashback and discounts. In 2020, Travala formed a partnership with Booking.com.
Travala solves a concrete problem for crypto holders: how to spend crypto assets on everyday consumption (travel) without cumbersome fiat conversion? The platform accepts 100+ cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin, Ethereum, Binance Coin, USDT and many more) for hotel, flight and experience bookings. Smart Programme: users holding AVA tokens receive up to 2% cashback on every booking, get priority access to exclusive deals and voting rights on platform decisions. Booking.com partnership (2020): Travala users gain access to the entire Booking.com inventory of 2+ million accommodations worldwide, payable with crypto. Monthly reports: Travala publishes transparent monthly business reports — the February 2026 report shows current growth. CoinMarketCap and Kraken list AVA as an active market. Travala is positioned as a bridge between the Web3 economy and the traditional travel market.
